Communication
& Transactions

Carson enables instant and streamlined communication between residents, staff and management.  The app allows residents to pay rent or common charges (through a single-sign on with ClickPay and Aptexx), receive announcements, message staff, and to submit service requests with pictures and track their progress. Online service requests with good response times have proven to be an important driver for resident satisfaction rates.

Access control

Carson is an electronic key for remotely opening any integrated door at your buildings - for residents and their authorized visitors, as well as staff. With management's permission, electronic keys are sent to repeat guests such as family visitors or housekeepers, or brokers and 3rd party vendors needing temporary access. Visitors without an electronic key can buzz the Carson Panel, and if their "Permission to Enter" exists, the 24/7 Carson rep will buzz them in, instantly notifying the resident or manager. Residents and staff can also view any integrated camera at anytime that is kept for 30 days on the cloud.

Since Carson is integrated with back-end accounting systems, move-in and move-outs on Carson automatically update, instantly enabling and disabling residents' access to common and apartment doors.

24/7 Remote Service Center for Visitors and Deliveries

No more dreaded Fedex/UPS/USPS "unable to deliver" stickers left on the door by couriers. Carson integrates with major access control and IP camera systems (including Brivo and Eagle Eye), Intercoms (Comelit and 2N), package lockers (Package Concierge), smart door locks (Assa Abloy's SMARTair), online payment software (ClickPay and Aptexx), and backend property management accounting software (Yardi and others).
