Customer Success Associate
We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team who can help build and maintain client relationships with providing consistent support and increasing end-user adoption and satisfaction. As a fast growing company, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, organized, and makes a lasting impression on the client.
Responsibilities

Provide support to end users via email and phone and be able to understand needs and resolve their requests

Ensure client retention and end user adoption of Carson’s software and services

Collaborate with the development team to identify, reproduce, and report bugs until a resolution is found

Lead walkthroughs of the Carson software and setup for new clients and end users

Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition for both staff and residents
About You

1-3 years of professional customer service experience

Comfortable within the tech space and startup environment

Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills

Ability to take initiative and adapt

Based in the NYC area

Proficient in conversational and written English
Nice to Have

Experience working at a startup or SaaS company

BS or BA degree from an accredited university

Familiarity with Zendesk or other CS software
