Job summary

As the Chief of Staff at Carson, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and fostering effective communication and collaboration across the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing high-level support, managing projects, and ensuring the successful execution of company-wide objectives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic vision, goals, and initiatives.

  • Conduct research, analyze market trends, and provide recommendations on business strategies to drive growth and competitive advantage.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the CEO, offering insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and timely delivery of results.

  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensImplement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization.

  • Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track progress towards strategic objectives.

  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving operational performance and decision-making.

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience in a strategic or operational role, such as management consulting, business development, or chief of staff.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions in a dynamic environment.

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
