Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various aspects of digital marketing, including online advertising, social media, Google AdWords, and SEO strategies. This role requires a self-starter and detail-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stay knowledgeable of industry trends, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Online Advertising:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve campaign goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in online advertising.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Plan and schedule social media content, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and analyze performance metrics.

Google AdWords:

  • Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay informed about Google AdWords updates and implement new features to enhance campaign effectiveness.

SEO Ownership:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Regularly audit and report on website performance, implementing changes to enhance SEO effectiveness.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years SaaS experience in digital marketing with a focus on online advertising, social media, Google AdWords, and SEO.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management and achievement of KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot Marketing, is a plus.
  • Experience with PropTech strongly preferred.

Salary range: $85k-$105k
