Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you'll be engaging with our clients to drive added value that leads to increased adoption, new business, customer satisfaction, and referrals. You will be dedicated to finding additional opportunities within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with decision-makers and our core users.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and business partner for our clients via in-person & virtual meetings, phone and email

  • Identify opportunities to increase user engagement, educate on newly released features and find new business opportunities

  • Conduct client presentations designed to address the individual needs of the account and end-user with a consultative approach

  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and continual product education

About You

  • 2-5 years experience working in sales, account management and/or customer success

  • Knowledge of CRMs to forecast sales and maintain updated records of client interactions

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Have an appreciation for real estate operations and the residential apartment building lifestyle

  • Ability to present & demonstrate product selling points via phone, email, and screenshare

  • Must be highly persistent and able to work independently

  • Collaboration is essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills

  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships

  • BA/BS degree required

  • Located in the New York City Tri-State area
